(Requirements for rank)
Shodan Ho
A.) Demonstrate the techniques found in the 7th., 6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd & 1st Kyu requirements while moving and turning.
B.) Must be in complete control of any and all Techniques.
C.) Must have a min. of 2 years time in grade.
D.) Demontrate the ability to Sparr one or more attackers.
E.) Demonstrate the following kata.
F.) Demonstate speed and control by breaking 1 one inch board Hanging. (optional for kids).
